2. Custom Orders
All custom-made items are created based on the information, text, or images you provide.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all spelling, designs, and details are accurate before approving the final proof.
Once approved, no changes or refunds can be made.
Fimi Buttons is not responsible for any errors, typos, or design issues approved by the customer.
3. Payment Terms
A 70% deposit or full payment is required before production begins.
The balance must be paid in full before pickup or delivery.
We accept payments through WiPay or other approved methods.
All deposits and payments are non-refundable once production begins.
4. Production and Delivery
We aim to complete orders within the agreed timeline, but delays may occur due to supply issues, weather, or unforeseen events.
Fimi Buttons is not liable for delays beyond our control.
If shipping or delivery is requested, FimiButtons is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages once they are handed over to the courier.
5. Pickup Orders
Customers will be notified when their order is ready for pickup.
Please bring your name and order number when collecting.
Orders not collected within 30 days may be discarded without refund.
6. Limitation of Liability
Fimi Buttons and its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense arising from:
- The use or misuse of our products
- Delays, errors, or inaccuracies in orders
- Website downtime or technical issues
- Third-party services (e.g., couriers, payment gateways)
By placing an order, you agree to use our products responsibly and release FimiButtons from all liability.

All logos, designs, images, and content on this website are the property of FimiButtons.
