At FimiButtons, every item is made with care and attention to detail. Because our products are custom-made, please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Payment Policy
A 70% deposit or full payment is required when placing your order.
Production will not begin until payment is received.
The remaining balance (if any) must be paid before pickup or delivery.
2. No Refunds on Custom Orders
All custom-made items (including pins, keychains, and magnets) are non-refundable once production has started.
This includes designs made using images, names, logos, or personalized content provided by the customer.
3. Order Approval
Customers may be asked to review and approve a design proof before production begins.
Please check all spelling, colors, and layouts carefully. Once approved, no further changes can be made.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it.
We will review your claim and may offer a replacement at no additional cost.
Please provide:
- Your order number
- A photo showing the issue
5. Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before design or production begins.
Once work starts, deposits and payments are non-refundable.
6. Pickup and Collection
If you selected store pickup, please collect your order within 7 days after we notify you it’s ready.
Orders not collected within 30 days may be discarded without refund.
